Oxidized Sterling Silver Story Teller Bracelet Cuff
Amazing silver piece with such a charming look. This is a very unique cuff with a story etched on the silver surface, the story of every magic town in Mexico, where these cathedrals are always present, as a testimonial of years and years of traditions and rich history.
This cathedral can be "The Santa Prisca", the amazing and iconic cathedral in Taxco. But according to my artisan, creator of this piece, this can be any town in our beloved Mexico, it is a piece that represents all of us in this rich cultural and ever changing country where traditions, art, ingenuity, colorful folk art and growing modernity goes hand in hand.
The features on this cuff bracelet are perfectly placed and combined to create a warming feeling in being there, in Mexico. The oxidized silver, creates and intimate scene, where the night falls and the moon cast a beautiful light on the cathedral and the surrounding houses with balconies and red tiles on the roofs.
There is also a nice and delicate texture on the darker side, created with multiple small squares, each one with lines crossing all over. This wonderful feature adds more depth and contrast to the already beautiful design composition.
It is also a very sturdy piece with a substantial weight of 41.3 grams, not a tiny piece of tin for sure. It carries an excellent workmanship and it is beautifully finished.
